When you sign-up for any of the Priority Backup pricing plans, your first 30
days are free. During the free trial period, you have full use of the
software and you are entitled to use as much of the storage space of the plan
you signed up for as you wish. There are no restrictions during your free trial
period. You will be asked to choose a payment option during sign-up, however,
you will NOT be billed for the free trial period.
After the Free trial Period your credit card will be debited for
the first time on or about the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date, and
will be billed each subsequent month until you cancel service. If you do not
wish to continue using Priority Backup beyond your free trial, please call us
at 978-534-7212 before the 30 day period is over. While you can cancel
your Priority Backup account at any time, you will not receive a refund for
services already debited or billed.
How will I be billed?
When you sign up for Priority Backup, you will be required to
provide a credit card for billing. After the first 30 day period, you will be
billed each month, in advance, for the next 30 days of
service.
Data Storage Beyond your Plan Allowance
If the amount of data that you have backed up (after compression)
on our servers exceeds the amount of storage included in your plan you will be
billed for the overage at the rate of $0.002 per megabyte which is the
approximate equivalent of $2.00 per 1 gigabyte (1GB = 1024MB).
